The team Small Molecule Activation (SMAC) unifies 5 permanent staffs comprised of 4 researches (Antoine Simonneau, Mary Grellier, Christian Lorber and Sébastien Bontemps) and 1 lab assitants (Emmanuelle Mothes-Martin) since March 1st, 2019. The research axes focus on the activation of small molecules while using organometallic and main group elements tools. The molecules of interest for us are mainly H2, CO2, N2 et C2H4 toward the development of catalytic systems.
While Antoine Simonneau and Sébastien Bontemps are coordinating the team, each member develop is own axes of research and supervise student and postdoc.
